The Antibiotic prescribing and dispensing behavior among doctors and pharmacists working in UAE

Objectives: This study aims to determine the level of knowledge, attitude, and practice doctors pharmacists on antibiotic use in a group Thumbay healthcare facilities UAE. Methods: cross-sectional questionnaire-based survey included convenience sample at Thumbay-related hospitals clinics. The was sent online it has section practice-related antibiotics barriers facilitators good use. Results: 61 participants (doctors (n=27) (n=34)) with age ranging between 26 60 years (mean age=37). More than half respondents were female (55.4%). Most (89%) agree that antimicrobial resistance is global problem. majority agreed stewardship programs can reduce resistance.
